lady justice symbolises justice and equality. it origins from ancient Greek and Roman times as the lady represented is Themis, the goddess of justice and law. Well known for her clear sightedness, she typically holds a sword in one hand and scales in the other. lady justice has a blind fold , a sacleand a sword. the blindfold symbolises her unbiest view of everyone. and how she doesnt judge you and what you look like, your race or your religion. she thinks of you and how you are on the inside. ladyy justice also carries a weight that symbolises that everyone is equal. The scales that she holds represent the impartiality with which justice is served. the sword signifies the power that is held by those making the decision it also reperesents punishment.
